What a weekend this has been! Okay, I know it’s Tuesday so I guess it’s a loooong weekend. I was in Pittsburgh for the International Quilt Market on Friday and Saturday, and I was totally blown away by all the beautiful quilts and fabric and the creativity there. Not to mention all the cool gadgets. Next time I have an extra 10 grand lying around I’m going to get me one of those free-arm quilting machines. I took a TON of photos, so I hope you like quilts! Now I’m in New York, and while I didn’t take many photos at the Stationery Show, I have been finding a ton of inspiration here, as well as a lot of small designers to keep an eye out for when I’m buying cards – beautiful stuff. More on that later in the week.
I haven’t had a chance to upload nearly all of my photos yet, but here’s a start…
Year at a Glance by Amanda Herring of The Quilted Fish (notice the monaluna fabric! 🙂
The two above: most colorful booth award goes to Blue Underground. Gorgeous colors!
more Mingle fabrics sewn into little aprons at the Kwik Sew booth.

14 years agoThat owl quilt has such an intricate quilting! I used to live in Houston and went to the Quilt Show there, but wasn’t really into them like I am now. What a waste! I can’t wait to see more of your pics.
